About the role:
This is a very exciting opportunity to join as Seeblue's lead in-house writer, working as a key member of our fast growth agency. Your mission is to ideate and write outstanding copy for our ABM, Demand Gen and Brand campaigns, helping them stand a cut above their competitors and move individuals to action. You'll be highly collaborative, love presenting your ideas and narrative with conviction whilst delivering clear commercial outcomes for clients. You will also have the opportuntiy to build out the team as the agency grows.

In the role you will:

Inspire: Use your curious, strategic thinking style and creative writing to create copy that inspires, persuades and influences the audience (as fits the content objective.)
2.

Win hearts and minds: The compelling narratives you write will help win the hearts and minds of our clients target audience as well as our clients themselves, opening the door to scope expansion.
3.

Be the voice: You’ll be the voice and guardian of Seeblue and our client’s brand and tone-of-voice across all campaign elements, with a keen eye for proofing.
4.

Deliver efficiently: You’ll enjoy working at pace, and will already be using AI tools to responsibly support and enhance your output and efficiency and that of the growing team.

You will also play a key role as a collaborator with the wider team, ensuring we continually improve and adapt our briefs, feedback loops and processes to achieve the best possible outputs for our clients.

Skills and experience
·

Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
·

Demonstrable strategic approach, planning and recommending creative copy/content solutions to clients’ briefs.
·

A varied B2B portfolio demonstrating strong creative story-telling skills, with deep understanding of ABM and Demand Generation (Ads, Social, emails, DMs, Landing page, Longer form content)
·

Builds more junior writers’ and other team members’ skills through on the job coaching and more formal training.
·

Confident and compelling client presentation skills.
·

AI literate: understands what available tools can and cannot do, their limitations and how they can impact ideas and copy.
·

Comfortable working to tight deadlines
·

Awareness of neuro-logic purchasing decisions

Qualification and Educational requirements
·

Proven experience in B2B agency with creative portfolio

Salary : £50-60K depending on experience
