Strategic Creative Lead, Bristol 1 x per week, MUST live locally to the South West

We’re recruiting for a Strategic Creative Lead, who can up the ante and drive bold, original storytelling to transform how this brand connects with people.

This is a strategic, high-impact position for someone who blends creative energy with razor-sharp thinking. You’ll be the driving force behind campaigns that capture hearts and imaginations, shaping a brand identity that’s brave, bold, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant.

From high-level concepts to hands-on execution, your ideas will help shape the voice and vision of an organisation ready to stand out—and stand for something.

The role is very much strategy led as opposed to pure visual creative direction.

You’ll be a mix of strategist and brand guardian, leading the creative strategy and execution, taking campaigns, messaging and brand identity to the next level.

This role will focus on brand guardianship, partnerships and visuals, not copy - that’s another team.

You’ll be brave and understand how to connect emotionally with an audience.

Using data and insights to produce creative that that people will remember feel connected to.

Work across multi-channels - brand, video, partnerships and performance.

About you:

• Creative strategy within creative direction experience from agency OR clientside
• Enjoy leading and mentoring creative/design teams
• STRATEGIC thinker!
• Experience of using data and insight to create compelling strategies & concepts
• Purpose driven
• A passion for creating ideas and stories that resonate with people.

You’ll be attending the office once a week - this is essential (not 1 x per month or 2 x per month!) so you should live within easy commute of Bristol.
