Position: Strategic Distribution Manager
Salary: Up to £100,000 plus package
Location: City of London
Hybrid: 3in : 2 home
An exciting opportunity to join a market-leading insurer as their Distribution Manager, with a focus on managing broker relationships at both a transactional and strategic level across the London market

You will be responsible for assessing broker propositions and ensuring these are fully capitalised on for the insurer, demonstrating and driving forward the insurer capabilities. You will also hold both underwriters and brokers accountable to their agreed commitments, whilst providing feedback to both parties to ensure these commitments are met.

You should have a background in development underwriting or distribution, with strong knowledge of and broad relationships with brokers across the London market. Specifically, you should be well-connected within the property and casualty space, or the FINPRO sector - ideally both.
