• Sales & Strategic Equity Solutions: Proficiency in selling and originating financial instruments, including buybacks, collars, and swaps.
• Client Coverage: Experience working with financial sponsors and corporate clients, with a focus on UK, Nordic, and MENA regions.
• Industry Experience: 8-15 years of relevant experience, backed by a proven track record in equity-related roles.
• Leadership: Capability to fulfill responsibilities at a VP or director level, showcasing influence and decision-making skills.
