Hybrid working model (City office 3 days p/w + WFH)

£100k / £110k + benefits

Talentedge are delighted to be partnering with a hyper-growth marketplace scaleup on an incredibly commercial opportunity within their strategic finance function.

Working closely with a market leading CFO, you will operate as a main business partner and strategic advisor to all business functions with a particular focus on GTM and R&D as well as C Suite and Founders.

You’ll be a great cultural fit for the company if you are curious, inquisitive and energetic with a progressive and ambitious work ethic.

Key responsibilities:

• Take the lead on analysing and reporting on financial and non-financial metrics and KPIs
• Create complex financial models & have ultimate ownership
• Take the lead on business case preparation and review
• Support CFO on corporate transactions including future M&A
• Become a trusted senior figurehead within the business whose inputs, insights and recommendations are truly respected, actioned and implemented
• Partner VP / C Suite / Board and Investors

Profile:

• Big 4 ACA qualified (Deals / M&A / TS), MBB management consultancy or Bulge bracket banking background
• Rapid-scale tech sector experience (late stage VC or PE)
• Highly effective business partner with expansive senior stakeholder management. Able to advise, challenge and influence
• Analytical and hands on by nature, happy rolling your sleeves up and building complex models from scratch to drive business decision making
• Highly proficient with business intelligence and data visualisation tools
