AI is reshaping how organizations build, ship, and scale digital products and APIs are the connective tissue that makes it possible.

As a Strategic Finance AI Engineer, you will be the bridge between financial precision and technical innovation, turning our finance department into a high-performance engine that scales as fast as our code.

What You’ll Be Doing

At Gravitee, impact isn’t abstract - it’s visible and global. In this role, you will:

• You won’t just use QBO, Hubspot, Cledara, HiBob, TriNet and Tipalti; you’ll weave them together into a seamless, automated ecosystem.

• You’ll lead the design and deployment of finance systems from the ground up moving beyond advising to real-world execution.

• Forget strategy decks. You will deploy hands-on AI and automation into real finance workflows, from streamlining Quote-to-Cash to globalising payroll via TriNet and HiBob.

• You're fluent in the TA and Ops/data hybrid: FP&A, R2R, funnel diagnostics, and partnering with RevOps/FP&A to forecast and drive decisions.

• You think in systems, not processes, and you're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.

• Partner with our CFOs, founders, or operators on scaling finance in high-growth environments.

• You speak the language of both the Ledger and the API. You’ll partner effortlessly with Engineering and Data teams to ensure finance is never a bottleneck.

Your impact will be visible, measurable, and global.

Essential Skills

• You hold a CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

• 4+ years in fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI scale-ups. Experience scaling from Series A to C+, comfortable in fast-paced environments.

• Proven experience owning finance programs and delivering end-to-end systems implementations.

• Hands-on experience deploying AI or automation directly into production finance workflows.

• Capable of building FP&A model and preparing quarterly board updates

• Hands-on experience with modern finance products
