Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations, you will be instrumental in supporting our ambitious growth plans. This pivotal role blends corporate finance, strategic analysis, and investor relations, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our financial strategy and communicate our compelling story to the investment community.

• Providing support for capital-raising activities, including bonds, convertibles, term loans (group and local), and equity instruments.
• Managing relationships with rating agencies.
• Developing and executing the organisation's capital allocation policies.
• Leading the organisation's budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Conducting insightful scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
• Preparing detailed forecasts and analysis to support key management decisions.
• Assessing analyst assumptions against our financial plan to provide valuable insights.
• Contributing to the development and execution of our IR program and the creation of compelling investor materials.
• Performing thorough valuations and peer group analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA qualification
• Proven experience in a strategic finance and investor relations role within a finance function.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance processes within a listed organisation.
• Experience of reporting on key KPIs.
• Strong Business Performance Measurement and Management skills.
