We're partnering with a fast-growing insurance business to find a Strategic Growth Manager for their high-performing Financial Lines team (FI, D&O, PI, and Cyber).

This role is ideal for someone from a commercial or specialty insurance background who thrives on driving strategic change, delivering projects, and working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-impact growth initiatives across the UK Financial Lines portfolio
• Work directly with leadership on market strategy, proposition development, and placement innovation
• Build scalable tools, frameworks, and processes to support growth
• Collaborate across functions - including ops, marketing, and underwriting

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years in strategy, consulting or project delivery
• Strong understanding of Financial Lines or commercial insurance markets
• Confident managing stakeholders and navigating complex projects
• Practical, delivery-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
