Strategic land promoter

We are currently seeking a Land Promoter for our growing strategic land team in Theale, Berkshire.

A role in Strategic Land is hugely varied, and Croudace really encompasses a ‘cradle to grave’ approach from identifying and acquiring opportunities to taking them through the planning process (whether that be via allocation or speculative application) and then exercising the Option and acquiring.

Croudace really does provide, and encourage, involvement in all parts land and planning.

As a Land Promoter you will be responsible for the promotion and management of sites in the Strategic Land Portfolio including obtaining allocations and planning consent, and involvement in exercising options, valuation work and legal agreements.

About you Hold a degree in Town Planning, Property Development, or construction is preferred.

Previous experience planning experience ideally with a developer, consultancy, or local authority Ideally, be a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) or Surveyor (MRICS) or be active in achieving this status.

Strong planning awareness and negotiation skills Dynamic and personable, with a strong ability to build relationships and excellent communication skills.
