Strategic Town Planner – Birmingham

Location: Birmingham (Snow Hill office base) Salary:
£30,000–£38,000 + Bonus

Join an energetic strategic planning team based out of a
beautifully designed modern workspace near Snow Hill Station. You'll help
deliver new communities and shape the region's future through long -term growth
planning.

Responsibilities

• Draft
  representations for local plan consultations
  
• Research
  demographic trends and land supply
  
• Assist
  with evidence reports and client strategies
  

About You

• MRTPI
  (or working toward)
  
• Experience
  with policy -based planning
  
• Insight
  into regional planning frameworks and the NPPF
