Your responsibilities as Strategic Sourcing Manager

Develop and deliver strategies that support current and future clinical trial requirements
Build, qualify and manage a global supplier network across key international markets
Work closely with commercial and operational teams to align activity with future demand
Lead supplier negotiations, managing commercial agreements and cost performance
Monitor supplier performance, compliance and continuity while driving service improvements
Track market trends, identify sourcing risks and represent the business at supplier and industry meetings where appropriate
What we're looking for in a Strategic Sourcing Manager

Background in supply chain, procurement or strategic sourcing within a regulated environment
Experience managing supplier relationships, negotiations and commercial agreements
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to balance quality, cost and supply risk
Knowledge of supplier qualification, compliance and performance management processes
Exposure to clinical trials, life sciences or global sourcing activities would be advantageous
