Strategic Sourcing Manager Europe

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager to oversee long-term supply partnerships across Europe, ensuring responsible and transparent supply chain practices. Experience with Essential Oils preferred, botanicals and fragrances considered also.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the supply chains within your regional portfolio.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with supply partners to implement solutions.

• Serve as the primary contact for long-term supply partners, managing effective communication and relationship-building.

• Work with procurement to develop and implement strategic purchasing and budgeting initiatives.

• Lead contract negotiations, manage supplier agreements, and drive cost optimization.

• Conduct market research and analysis to inform sourcing strategies.

• Support ethical sourcing diversification plans across global supply networks.

• Assist compliance teams with due diligence, audits, and third-party verifications.

• Contribute to new product development by coordinating with R&D and product teams.

• Provide accurate supply chain data to support marketing and communication efforts.

• Collaborate with foundations and stakeholders on philanthropic projects in sourcing regions.

• Plan and host supply experience visits for key partners and stakeholders.

• Represent the sourcing function at events and act as a liaison between global and regional offices.

• Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus)

• Essential Oils, Botanicals or Fragrance experience essential

• 3-5 years’ experience in sourcing, supply chain, or procurement roles

• Proven knowledge of sustainability or responsible sourcing frameworks

• Experience working within international markets

• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% across Europe and sourcing regions
