Reporting to the Strategy Director, you will join a growing team.

You will be responsible for: 

• Working with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, target audiences and communications objectives.
• Leading elements of research and insight generation (both qualitative and quantitative).
• Analysing and synthesising consumer, brand and market data into clear, actionable insights.
• Developing sections of brand communication strategies and contributing to overall strategic thinking.
• Writing and shaping creative briefs, ensuring they are insight-driven and inspiring.
• Playing an active role in the creative development process, including briefing creatives and providing feedback.
• Managing smaller projects end to end independently, while contributing to larger, more complex accounts.
• Supporting the evaluation of campaign effectiveness and helping to identify learnings.
• Keeping up-to-date with cultural, behavioural and industry trends.

This role will be specifically focused on working with our house builder clients.

You’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car, as travel will be required as part of the role.

We’re a fully remote agency so you will be based from home, however there are lots of opportunities for social connections through team and agency meetings and events, usually based in or around Leicester.

There is a real buzz, excitement and a family feel about our agency and all 70 of us are passionate about what we do.

As a fully remote agency, working from home (or wherever else you fancy), is our standard but our team spirit and strong culture shines through. We frequently organise meetups to get together, share pictures of our pets and kids, and have that all important face time with colleagues and friends.
