We combine our Shopify Plus knowledge with a deep understanding of what makes customers tick to drive revenue growth for our brands.You'll be our marketing lead, using your Klaviyo expertise and strategic thinking to design data-driven campaigns that nurture leads, drive sales, and cultivate lasting customer relationships for our clients.Role Description:Email & SMS Strategist: Develop and implement data-driven email marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique audience and business objectives.Klaviyo: Possess a deep understanding of Klaviyo functionalities and use them to design, build, and automate high-performing email campaigns.Campaign Planning & Delivery: Plan and manage the entire email marketing campaign lifecycle, from strategy to execution and analysis.Creative Execution: Craft compelling email copy and design visually appealing email templates that resonate with target audiences.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of email marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.Reporting & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and recommend ongoing optimisations to maximise client results.Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into effective email marketing strategies, and ensure their satisfaction with campaign outcomes.Qualifications:Proven experience as an email marketing manager or specialist with a strong track record of success in driving results.In-depth knowledge of Klaviyo functionalities and best practices for building effective email campaigns.Excellent copywriting, design, and project management skills.Experience working with data to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimisation.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.A passion for email marketing and a continuous drive to improve campaign performance.This role is perfect for a data-driven email marketing expert passionate about Klaviyo.
