Strategy Analyst

Join our Strategy team at Heathrow and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the world’s busiest airports. As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll help us make informed decisions that drive long-term growth, sustainability, and exceptional passenger experiences. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll provide insights and analysis that influence major business decisions and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct in-depth market, financial, and operational analysis to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations for senior stakeholders on key business challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform Heathrow’s strategic priorities.
• Work on high-impact projects such as sustainability initiatives, capacity planning, and passenger experience improvements.
• Create compelling presentations and reports that communicate complex insights in a clear and actionable way. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation and modelling.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a track record of producing high-quality analysis and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and sometimes ambiguous.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across teams. 

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Knowledge of the aviation or transport sector.
• Familiarity with financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
