What You’ll DoCollaborate with clients to define success and turn Personalisation and Testing strategies into roadmaps for increasing maturity and value from the Monetate platform. Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge testing and personalisation strategies to drive client success.Act as a visionary thought-leader, inspiring clients to take decisive actions based on personalised strategies crafted for their unique needs.Lead internal workshops and training sessions to share insights and refine testing and personalisation strategies. Deliver quality strategic engagements, internal processes, and organisational improvements that are backed by data to drive retention and ROI. Consistent focus on increasing client satisfaction, deepening client relationships, and helping clients improve their CX maturity through world class strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Professional Services, and other teams to deliver continuous improvements to processes, deliverables, and client engagements. Provide data & insights to demonstrate the value of the Monetate platform and impact on client retention and ROI. Communicate to prospects the value provided by Strategy Consulting and Services.
