The Role:
Deploy and supervise street cleansing staff throughout the day.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
We're Looking For:
Essential supervisory experience.
A confident personality with the ability to clearly communicate instructions.
Basic IT skills.
Proven ability to performance manage individuals.
The Offer:
£35,000 to £40,000 basic salary, plus overtime for weekend work.
Weekend working required, shared on a rota with three other supervisors.
