Streetpride Operational Support Officer

Great opportunity to work as a Streetpride Operational Support Officer for our client's site, which is the unitary local authority responsible for governing the city of Derby in the East Midlands, delivering both district and county-level services.

Staffline is recruiting Streetpride Operational Support Officers in Derby.

The rate of pay is £14.36 per hour.

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. The hours of work are:
- 8am to 4pm

12-month secondment cover!

Your Time at Work

As a Streetpride Operational Support Officer you will be responsible for:

- Provision of advice and support to customers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, colleagues and clients regarding service-related issues
- Cover office telephones, emergency numbers and service-specific email inboxes, dealing with general enquiries
- Gather, input, analyse and report on information within service-held computer software systems
Allocating scheduled and ad hoc work to frontline teams within Streetpride
- Payroll - process overtime and standby payments for front line workforce

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have a keen eye for detail and great problem-solving and planning skills.

Payroll experience would be desirable but not essential.

Previous admin experience is crucial.
