A well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is looking to recruit a Structural Engineer to join its growing team in the Hertfordshire area. With a strong reputation across residential, commercial and regeneration projects, this consultancy offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of developments while receiving structured support towards professional and technical progression.  

The successful Structural Engineer will become part of a close-knit and experienced team, delivering innovative structural solutions for both private and public sector clients across the UK.  

We Are Looking For A Structural Engineer Who: 

Has a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;
Has at least 3 years' experience working within a structural engineering consultancy;
Possesses a strong understanding of UK design standards and Eurocodes;
Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills;
Is able to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a collaborative team;
Is working towards, or interested in pursuing, Chartership with the ICE or IStructE.As The Successful Structural Engineer, You Will: 

Undertake structural design and analysis for a range of building projects;
Prepare calculations, technical reports and design sketches;
Review and check drawings to ensure technical accuracy;
Coordinate with clients, architects and external consultants;
Manage your workload effectively and deliver projects to agreed deadlines;
Contribute to technical development and continuous improvement initiatives within the business.Package 

£36,000 - £46,000
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Flexible working with core hours of 10am - 4pm
