I am recruiting for a growing and well-established engineering consultancy seeking a Structural Engineer to play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of projects across heritage, residential, commercial and data centre sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer who enjoys technical leadership, client interaction and managing projects from concept through to completion. You will join a collaborative team where your expertise will be valued and your contribution will have a direct impact on the continued growth of the business.

As a Structural Engineer, you will:

Lead the structural design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors.
Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to completion.
Work on a diverse portfolio including heritage, commercial, residential and data centre developments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Develop innovative engineering solutions using Tekla Structural Designer and ETABS.
Support the delivery of technically challenging projects while maintaining high engineering standards.
Mentor and support junior engineers within the team.To be successful as a Structural Engineer, you will have:

Chartered status (MIStructE or MICE).
Previous experience within a structural engineering consultancy environment.
Strong project delivery experience across a range of building types and sectors.
Proficiency with Tekla Structural Designer and ETABS.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring and developing engineers.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to engineering challenges.
