This company established themselves 4 years ago as an offshoot of its parent business, a long-established Architectural Practice and is well supported and cash positive with an increasing workload.

This varied role involves reviewing projects, attending site visits pre-construction to ensure feasibility as well as being involved in all stages of project delivery including budgeting, invoicing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

You will work closely with other members of the team from project completion through to delivery, solving complex design problems.

This role would suit a Structural / Civil Engineer with a strong understanding of structural principles looking to join a tight-knit company with opportunities for career advancement, working on interesting projects across Cornwall and making a real difference on company growth.

The Role:

• Conduct pre-construction site visits, undertaking inspections to ensure project feasibility
• Experience in delivering Party Wall Surveys is desirable but not essential
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, analysis and technical design ability are essential and are considered key attributes for the role
• Excellent knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques, procedures, and Structural principles
• Review project documents and be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle
• Maintain excellent client relationships with architects, contractors and more
