Structural Engineering Director

GM Global Recruitment are working with an Engineering Consultant that have several offices in Scotland and are currently looking to appoint a Director who has a track record of running a Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy.
Consultancy background is essential and you will have experience across a range of Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.
The role involves:
* Responsible for the day to day management of the Glasgow office.
* Leading a small team of Engineers and Technicians.
* Full budgetary and P&L responsibility, so commercial awareness is essential.
* Responsible for the career development and mentorship of the team.
* Develop existing client relationships as well as generating new ones.
* Personable, good communicator and natural leader.
This is great opportunity to work with a well respected and established Engineering Consultancy, and in addition to an excellent salary there will also be a profit sharing scheme included with the position.
