Structural or Senior Structural Technician

Your new company is an award-winning civil, structural, environmental and transport planning consultancy with 100 employees across 5 UK office locations. They deliver imaginative, integrated design solutions from concept to completion across the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors.
Located in the heart of Liverpool city centre they have gone from strength to strength since the conception of their Liverpool office 4 years ago, with the ambition of growing an exciting, reliable and autonomous client base within the region. A fantastic start has been made, and they're looking to further strengthen their structural team having recently moved into a more modern and spacious office.

Your new role
As a Structural or Senior Structural Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the Structural Engineering team by producing accurate and detailed 2D & 3D drawings. You will manage workloads across numerous projects simultaneously to ensure client requirements are fulfilled, and deadlines met.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will need drawing expertise using Revit and AutoCAD for all building materials, and ideally 5+ years of experience doing so in a similar, design consultancy environment.
• Excellent building regulations knowledge
• Experience detailing of structures in RC and steelwork
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge and use of BIM packages

What you'll get in return

• You will receive a highly competitive annual salary in the region of £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
