Job Description - Student Administration Officers

For these roles, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide an accurate and effective administration service for the College. The work will be varied and will involve developing knowledge of all aspects of student administration to ensure that the team prioritise key tasks at busy times. This will involve the full learner journey from application to achievement including registering students with awarding bodies, assisting in the coordination of tests/exams and assisting with the organising of enrolment including transport and bursaries. The successful candidates will be confident IT users, have a high standard of English and high levels of accuracy. Organisation, attention to detail and being able to handle confidential information are vital to succeed in this role. Essential to this role is having a desire to learn, and a proactive, helpful and supportive attitude. Benefits:

The college doesn’t hold a sponsorship licence therefore we are not open to candidates who require sponsorship under the points-based system. Status: Permanent Hours: 2 x posts:
1. 37 hours per week Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm with flexibility to meet business needs.
2. 15 hours per week. Usual working days to be agreed with flexibility to meet business needs. Changes may be required to working days in future academic years; these will be discussed with you at the time with your line manager. Salary:
1. £22,537 per annum
