Job Description - Student Development Manger

My client is recruiting for a Student Development Manager toplan, manage, and deliver the Personal Development Programme for students, adult learners, and apprentices.

Cambridge
On site parking
Learning and Development
Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement personal development and enrichment programmes.
Develop materials and resources for tutors and teachers.
Manage student engagement through voice programmes and events.
Oversee teams providing pastoral support, enrichment, and learning resources.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor programme effectiveness and student progression outcomes.

Qualifications

A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Evidence of continuous professional development.

Qualified to minimum Level 2 standard in English and Maths

Good basic knowledge of IT packages

A relevant Level 3 qualification or substantial supervisory experience
