Student Enrolment Advisor Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Managing enquiries from prospective students and providing tailored guidance to support their enrolment journey. Building rapport and developing trust through consultative conversations via phone or online channels. Reaching out proactively to leads generated through marketing campaigns or outreach activities. Conducting needs assessments to understand individual goals and recommending suitable courses or programmes. Maintaining accurate records of prospective students' interactions within a CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up. Supporting prospective students with the application process and answering their questions with professionalism and empathy. Managing multiple opportunities at different stages of the recruitment cycle efficiently. Student Enrolment Advisor Rewards

Student Enrolment Advisor Experience Essentials
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment roles. Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to conduct consultative conversations. Familiarity with CRM systems or database management tools. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and opportunities simultaneously. Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude. Basic IT proficiency and ability to work independently in a homebased setting. Location
This is a homebased role but candidates should be comfortable traveling to the London occasionally.
