Student Recruitment Officer

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Hybrid - Cambridge based with very occasional international travel
• Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience

Reed Business Support are supporting a long established Education Scheme provider who are seeking a dynamic and driven Student Recruitment Officer to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the educational journeys of international students and to promote diverse and inclusive educational experiences globally.

• Act as the face of the company in global markets, particularly in Europe, India and Pakistan.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with agents, schools, and universities to recruit international students.
• Ensure prospective students meet academic and English language requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and recruitment strategies.
• Support the development of curriculum, staffing, and accommodation initiatives in the UK.
• Very occasionally travel internationally to build relationships and sign agreements with educational partners.
• Represent the company at recruitment fairs and exhibitions as a brand ambassador.
• Provide comprehensive information to prospective students and agents.
• Maintain accurate records and report on recruitment activities and outcomes.
• Conduct orientation sessions to assist students in planning their educational paths.
• Offer feedback to enhance the company's services and streamline operations.
• Lead and support team members as necessary.

• Proven experience in international student recruitment or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and attend various events.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
