An exciting opportunity to join an award-winning design studio as their Studio Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of this busy studio based in Kensington and Chelsea. This is an office based role, Monday to Friday 08:30–17:30.

You’ll be the first point of contact for all guests, clients and staff; and they are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional and efficient. Ideally you will have at least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Welcome clients and guests and manage reception

* Coordinate meeting rooms, lunches and office supplies

* Arrange couriers, post, taxis and travel

* Organise staff events and activities

* Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming studio

* Provide general office and administrative support

About You

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Proactive, reliable and detail-oriented

* Experience in studio, office or administrative support

* Creative industry experience is a bonus, but not essential

* Available to work Monday–Friday, office-based
