At Nescot, we are recruiting for a Studio Technician in our Music Department.
What we are looking for:
Background in music and a knowledge of music production.
High level of interpersonal, motivational, and technical skills.
A degree/qualification or experience working within music.
Knowledge of studio recording and producing.
You should have a passion for working with people of all ages, especially young adults and school leavers.
Duties/responsibilities:
Support the music team across the full range of provision to work with the students on their practical outcomes.
Managing the studio facilities both technically and operationally.
Providing workshops and demonstrations for the students.
Working with students to learn music software and instruments.
A commitment to student learning and attainment is essential.
