Studio Manager

Surge Fitness is hiring for a Studio Manager to build on the success of our studio in Hammersmith, driving membership numbers and fostering a culture of high engagement amongst our team of PTs.

You will be joining one of the fastest growing fitness startups in the UK, leading your own team and working alongside the managers of other studios to share best practice and build on each other’s expertise.

You will be fully responsible for the performance of the Hammersmith location, to include:

• Driving performance as measured by financial and operational KPIs.
• Delivering EMS personal training sessions to members
• Developing and growing your own team of PTs in line with customer demand
• Ensuring the member experience in the studio always meets or exceeds our Surge standards
• Maintaining the highest level of service and providing a safe training environment for members and the team.

The person we’re looking for must have the following skills and experience:

• Prior experience managing a gym / boutique fitness studio
• The ability to lead, challenge, develop and support your own team of PTs
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow the business and improve the service we offer
• Level 3 PT qualification

Prior experience and knowledge of EMS would be very beneficial, but not essential.
In return, we can offer you the chance to work in a fast-paced start-up with major ambitions for further growth. The role will be full time, with a base salary of £32,000 per annum. We also offer performance-related bonuses, with OTE of over £36,000.
