About the Role
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Studio Manager at BFT Glasgow Central. The Studio Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, customer service, team leadership, sales, and project management. The role is located in Glasgow City but offers flexibility for some remote work.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for Fitness and Marketing, looking for an opportunity to progress their career with a global fitness brand.

BFT Studio Managers are the faces of our business and community. They are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical to the growth and operation of our studios. You will lead the Battersea studio, recruitment of new members, and establishing an environment to make members feel welcome the moment they step into our studio.

Ideally we are looking for Personal Trainer Qualified Coaches to also provide some coaching hours, but will consider Studio Manager only candidates.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in team leadership and project management
Sales skills and ability to drive membership growth
2+ years of proven sales management in the Fitness industry.
3+ years of studio management experience, including team leadership, recruitment, training and performance management.
Passion and talent for digital media and social marketing.
