Studio Production Coordinator

My client is a global goods importer and distributor with operations across Europe and is loking to recruit a Studio Production Coordinator to strengthen its' creative and marketing function.

As the Studio Production Coordinator your key responsibilities will include -

• Serve as the central point of contact for all creative project requests, ensuring clarity of objectives and

seamless communication between clients and studio teams

• Active monitoring and management of all workflows and live lists - Manage daily scheduling and

resource allocation, matching team members’ skills with project needs and forecasting freelance

requirements as needed

• Chairing weekly Production Meetings and subsequent reporting - take minutes, and ensure all actions

are recorded, shared, assigned owners, and executed efficiently - for relevant PMS projects, tracking

progress, resourcing assets, managing stakeholder expectations, and analysing project progression

• Troubleshooting to ensure effective creative artwork production

You will be an accomplished Sutdio Production Coordinator with a strong creative background creative studio workflow management systems effective project management skills and proven experience in project or resource management within a creative environment (inhouse experience highly preferred).

Experience with project management and resource scheduling tools is essential.
