STYLIST

We are seeking a passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at TONI&GUY. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair services while fostering a welcoming environment for our clients. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding experiences in every salon.

SCHEDULE:

Full or Part time up to 40 hours a week, the salon is open 6 days a week (Mon – Sat)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high quality hair styling services, including cutting, styling, and treatments.


• Build secure relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.


• Upsell salon products, such as treatments to benefit your clients’ hair health.


• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a pleasant salon experience.


• Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends.


• Uphold the name of TONI&GUY being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a hair stylist in a busy salon.


• Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.


• Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques is essential


• Confident in managing a busy column through organisation.


• A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning new skills.
