Sub Agent

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected civil engineering contractor delivering a major self-delivery project in Central London. They're seeking an experienced Sub Agent with a strong background in RC structures and general civils.

The Role

Oversee daily delivery of RC and civils packages

Lead site engineers and ensure safety, quality and programme compliance

Manage ITPs, RAMS and technical documentation

Coordinate with design, planning and commercial teams

What You Need

Proven experience on RC and civils projects

Background in self-delivery environments

Strong leadership, communication and technical skills

Civil engineering qualification preferred
