Sub-Agent

A well-established infrastructure contractor is looking for a Sub Agent to join their growing team in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced site leader to take ownership of key project packages and help deliver high-profile works across multiple sectors.

as the Sub-Agent your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the Site Agent in the delivery of assigned works packages
* Leading day-to-day site operations and supervising engineers and subcontractors
* Managing health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site
* Monitoring progress against programme and reporting issues proactively
* Ensuring all work is completed to specification and quality standards
* Coordinating site documentation and supporting project reporting

What We're Looking For:

* Prior experience in a Sub Agent or Site Manager is preferred.
* Strong site management, coordination, and leadership skills
* Knowledge of infrastructure frameworks and safety-critical environments
* Relevant qualifications (HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or similar)
* PTS (Personal Track Safety) or willingness to obtain it
