Job Description - Subject Matter Expert - Payroll Bureau
Are you an expert in all things Payroll Bureau that is looking for a role where you can influence the development of an exciting new product?
CMR are working with an established payroll software business that are expanding into the Bureau market, and they need you to help them make it happen. They already have clients signed up, a 40+ strong development team and 20+ support and implementation managers.
Our client is looking for a passionate Subject Matter Expert in Payroll Bureau to join their team and contribute to our journey of innovation and excellence.
This role is based in the office in Cheadle Hulme 5 days a week, and pays up to £50,000.
Key Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll bureau management, with a proven track record of reaching managerial positions.
Deep understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and the latest industry trends.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex payroll requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
Exceptional communication skills.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry developments.
Role Responsibilities
Act as the go-to expert for all matters related to payroll bureau within our product team.
Guide the strategic direction of our payroll solutions, ensuring they are compliant, efficient, and user-friendly.
Collaborate with our development teams to translate payroll bureau requirements into detailed product specifications.
Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of industry changes.
