Job Description - Subrogated Recoveries Lawyer - Consumer Claims

Role Overview
A highly respected Manchester-based law firm, known for its excellence in personal injury and consumer litigation, is seeking a Subrogated Recoveries Lawyer to join its Consumer Claims team. You will manage a caseload of recovery claims on behalf of insurers, from first instruction through to settlement or litigation, with the support of a collaborative and high-performing team.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

Proven experience managing subrogated recovery or civil litigation caseloads
Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and case management skills
Tenacious approach with a drive to secure the best client outcomes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Previous use of Proclaim case management system is advantageous
Strong commitment to client care and delivering results

What’s On Offer

Basic salary up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Uncapped monthly commission, paid in arrears
Full-time, permanent role
