Sub-Workstream Lead

A highly successful services business is seeking a Sub-Workstream Lead to join the London based team.

Your Role
While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:

• Taking ownership of the end-to-end process design for an assigned area of accelerated finance, ensuring it aligns and integrates with other workstreams
• Leading and delivering design workshops specific to their process area
• Conducting Fit-Gap analyses to thoroughly capture the requirements of finance processes
• Confirming and validating business requirements needed for system configuration and any enhancements
• Reviewing and approving design documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Collaborating closely with data and integration teams to support accurate data migration and system integrations
• Contributing to testing efforts, including defining test scenarios for SIT and UAT testing
• Playing a key role in change management by voicing business needs and concerns to the project team, ensuring teams remain informed, involved, and ready for change
• Assisting with planning and execution of cutover and hyper care activities to maintain smooth business operations
• Serving as a point of escalation for resolving issues related to processes or systems
• Assisting with stakeholder engagement and internal communications throughout the project
• Conducting readiness assessments and help build and execute readiness plans
• Identifying critical business scenarios

You MUST Have

• Excellent SAP project functionality knowledge
• A solid understanding and experience in end-to-end project processes and best practices
• Exposure to improving scaled group processes across various stakeholder groups
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
