SuccessFactors Scrum Master

Our client is a global consultancy that specialising in mitigating risks. They are currently working on change activity within their SuccessFactors platform and are looking for a Scrum Master with HR Platforms experience.

As a Scrum Master specialising in the SuccessFactors platform, you will play a pivotal role in driving change initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your primary responsibility will be leading agile transformation within the SuccessFactors platform, delivering changes to an HR platform, and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Skills:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in the context of HR platforms (preferably SuccessFactors).
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with certification preferred.
A passion for driving organizational change and delivering value to stakeholders.
ITIL background or SuccessFactors certifications would be advantageous.
