We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team for the Summer.The main aim of the Edinburgh Lettings Team is to ensure an exceptional customer experience is provided to all our potential and existing clients. You will work closely with your colleagues in your team to ensure we deliver a best-in-class customer experience and, by doing so, achieve a market-leading position in our target areas.
In your role as a front-of-house administrator, you will provide a highly effective front-line reception service by dealing professionally and efficiently with our clients and customers through multiple communication channels (telephone, email and face-to-face). In addition, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department and look after the general reception areas of the branch to ensure a welcoming environment for our customers.
You will work collaboratively with your colleagues and support the Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Administrators in building strong relationships with their clients by ensuring that we deliver an exceptional customer experience. In addition, you will carry out general administrative tasks as required to provide the best possible support service to the department as a whole.
