This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September.

Responsibilities

• Design and teach engaging Maths lessons that motivate Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students
• Use a variety of strategies to make complex concepts accessible and engaging
• Observe academic performance and deliver clear, prompt guidance to enhance learning.
• Personalise classroom instruction to reach students at every level.
• Collaborate in enhancing the quality and direction of Maths education.
• Join in with School events and enrichment activities.
• Support the wider School community through active and enthusiastic participation.

Requirements

• QTS/PGCE is essential
• Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) levels is essential
• Effective classroom management and lesson delivery skills
• Passion for your subject and commitment to student achievement
• An enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Two recent professional references from educational settings
