The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e., PGCE or equivalent).


• Have a strong background in Computer Science education.


• Be capable of teaching Computer Science at KS3 & KS4 levels.


• Demonstrate enthusiasm for integrating innovative teaching methods and technology in the classroom.


• Be committed to fostering a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.


• Inspire and motivate students to explore and excel in Computer Science.


• Utilize effective assessment methods to monitor and enhance student progress.


• Collaborate with colleagues to support a cohesive and effective department.


• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events as required.
