Superintendent Pharmacist

Full time - Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm (one hour lunch)

About the Role:
As Superintendent Pharmacist, you'll oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining professional standards. Your role involves managing a dedicated team, liaising with healthcare professionals, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pharmacy operations and meet KPI targets
Provide guidance to patients and team members
Oversee stock ordering and dispensary deliveries
Maintain accurate registers and records
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
Ensure building security and alarm systems

The Ideal Candidate:
Possess an MPharm degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience
Willing to work 5 days a week - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (one hour lunch)
You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date
Proficient in pharmacy computer systems and Microsoft applications an up-to-date knowledge of changes within pharmacy
Ideally knowledge of the CareMeds electronic system
Understanding of relevant NHS contractual requirements
knowledge of and ability to make the monthly NHS claim via the electronic claims system
Understanding of professional regulations relevant to pharmacy operations
Enthusiastic with excellent leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Provide an excellent level of customer service and patient care
Flexible attitude
