Supervising Social Worker

Pay: £39,000 - £41,000 + £2,000 car allowance

NonStop's client, based in the South East, is looking for Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an agency that is offering no out of hour duties! This will leave you with a more flexible schedule and the ability to have evenings and weekends to yourself which will contribute to an overall great work life balance.

Along with no OOH, they are also offering no form F assessments! This means you can focus solely on supervision, creating a less stressful work environment for you knowing you don't have to do assessments on top of your work load.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a caseload of 10-12 foster carers around Berkshire region
• Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• A driver
• Have experience working within the fostering sector of children's services
• Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
