Supervising Social Worker

Pay: £28,000-£42,000

NonStop's client, based in the North East, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

• 26 days leave increasing to 30 after length of service plus 8 Bank holidays

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and train foster carers
• Manage a caseload in and around Sunderland
• Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining.
• Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
