Supervising Social Worker

NonStop's client, based in Essex, is currently seeking a determined and motivated social worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

They are a non profit organisation with a Good Ofsted rating which reflects their commitment to providing exceptional care services. By working with a non profit, you can be assured the work your doing is completely focused on the care and concern for foster carers and children, leaving you with an overall better job satisfaction knowing you will be making a real difference in the lives of those in need.

• Caseload isn't spread out-you won't be travelling all over Essex to reach your carers

Responsibilities:

• Oversee foster families in and around the South Essex area
• Compliance and Safeguarding
• Multi-Agency Collaboration
• Record Keeping

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Up to date with current legislation
• Experience within fostering
