Supervising Social Worker - Fostering

Tempest Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Supervising Social Worker on behalf of a private fostering agency based in Gorleston, Norfolk.

This four-month opportunity would suit a qualified social worker with previous fostering experience who can undertake visits around Gorleston and the surrounding area.

The role

Providing supervision, support and guidance to foster carers
Undertaking visits within the local area
Maintaining clear and accurate records and reports
Working collaboratively with foster carers and other professionals
Helping to ensure placements remain safe, stable and well supported

About you

You must be a qualified social worker
Previous experience working as a Fostering Social Worker is essential
Current Social Work England registration
Able to travel locally for visits
Available for the four-month contract
Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
