Position: Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location: Dover (CT16)
Salary: £15,900 - 3 days per week

About the Company:

Our client is a well-established brand with a presence across London and Europe. As they prepare for significant growth in 2025, they are looking for dedicated team members to support and drive this journey.

The Role:
As a Supervisor based in Dover, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance, working 3 days per week on a flexible rota across 7 days, including weekends. Shift times are typically between 9am and 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
• Ensure store operations meet brand expectations and health & safety regulations.
• Drive performance in line with store and company KPIs.
