Our client is a fashion brand now seeking a Supervisor for their new store opening in Bicester Village. Our client is a global fashion brand, with a strong online presence comprising of both ladies and mens ready to wear. This role will initially be a 6 month contract.

The Supervisor candidate will have a natural passion for people, product and service in a fast paced retail environment.

Supervisor role:

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the team reflects brand values in all client interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Support the management team with daily store operations when required
• Meet sales targets
• Motivate the team to drive sales
• Create a positive working environment
• Ensure store standards are clean and organised
• VM to be kept in line with company guidelines. Customer Experience.

Our Supervisor will have/be:

• Previous experience in Bicester Village desirable but not essential
• Strong interest and passion for ladies and/or mens fashion
• Previous experience within a Senior Sales or Supervisory role
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Confident in coaching and training

The package:

The salary for the Supervisor is up to £33,000 depending on your experience plus bonus, benefits and a generous clothing allowance and staff discount.
