Position: Supervisor

Location: Basingstoke (RG24)

Shift Patterns: Part Time - 3 days a week - Flexibility is required across all days of the week, but rotas are given out a month in advance - opening times are 9am till 6pm and 10am till 4pm at weekends.
Salary: £15,900 per annum + Bonuses, holidays etc.

Job Overview: As a Supervisor in Basingstoke, you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance, with evenings off and reduced weekend hours. Your workweek will be 39.5 hours, operating Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

Salary & Bonuses: Your base salary is £15,600, with additional monthly bonuses that can elevate your annual earnings.

Responsibilities: Your role as a Supervisor will include:

• Elevating and maintaining high customer service standards within the store.
• Ensuring company and brand standards are consistently met, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Achieving store and company key performance indicators (KPIs).
